Policies
The terms, in plain language
What happens if a part is wrong, who owns your design, when you pay, and the work we turn down. Written to be read rather than to be legally impenetrable.

Quality and reprints
If we got it wrong, we reprint it at our cost. If the file was wrong, we help you fix it.
Every part is measured against your source model before it is dispatched, and photographed for your records. We hold ±0.20 mm or ±0.3% of the nominal dimension, whichever is greater.
If a part arrives outside that tolerance, damaged, in the wrong material, or with a print defect such as layer separation or an incomplete top surface, tell us within 7 days and we will reprint it at our cost, including return courier. You do not need to send the failed part back unless we ask.
If the part matches your file but the file itself has a problem, that is not a reprint case. It is, however, exactly what the free design-for-additive review exists to catch, and we would rather flag it before printing than after. Where we spot something and print it anyway on your instruction, we will say so in writing first.
- Report a problem within 7 days of delivery
- Photographs of the issue are usually enough
- Reprints are dispatched at the same priority as the original order
- We keep a retained sample of every qualified production run
Your designs and confidentiality
Your files are yours. We do not reuse them, resell them, or print them for anyone else.
You retain all intellectual property in anything you send us. Uploading a model to the estimator or emailing us a file grants us permission to manufacture it for you and nothing more.
Where we produce CAD for you as part of the design service, you own the output outright, including the STEP file, and we do not retain any right to reuse it.
We do not publish photographs of customer work without written permission. If you would rather we did not photograph a part at all beyond the internal quality record, say so on the order and we will not.
We are happy to sign your NDA. Send it with your enquiry and we will return it before you send any files. If you do not have one, the above applies regardless.
- You keep all IP, including in CAD we produce for you
- Files are never reused, resold or printed for anyone else
- No customer work is published without written permission
- We will sign your NDA on request, before you send files
How your files are handled
Pricing happens in your browser. Nothing is uploaded until you choose to send it.
The instant estimator measures STL files locally in your browser. Volume and bounding box are computed on your own machine and only the resulting numbers are used to price the job. The file itself never leaves your device unless you attach it to an enquiry.
Files you do send us are stored for as long as we may reasonably need to reprint or reorder the part, and are deleted on request. Ask and we will confirm in writing once it is done.
Payment and GST
Advance payment on first orders. Account terms available for repeat customers.
First orders are payable in advance, once the quote is confirmed and before the job is scheduled. We accept UPI, bank transfer, credit card and purchase orders.
For repeat customers and for organisations working to a purchase-order cycle, we are happy to discuss account terms. Ask and we will set it up rather than making you pay per job.
All prices quoted on this site exclude GST and courier. Both are added at invoice. A GST invoice is issued for every order.
Quotes are valid for 30 days. Filament prices move, and we would rather re-quote than honour a number that no longer covers the material.

Delivery and damage
Dispatched by courier across India. Tell us within 48 hours if it arrives damaged.
Parts are dispatched by courier from the lab at Supa MIDC, typically 1 to 3 days in transit depending on destination, and next day within Pune, Ahilyanagar and Nashik. Local pickup is available by appointment.
Lead times quoted are working days from order confirmation, not from enquiry, and they cover production only. Courier transit is additional.
If a parcel arrives damaged, photograph it before unpacking further and tell us within 48 hours. We will reprint and re-dispatch, and take up the claim with the courier ourselves rather than making that your problem.
Changes and cancellation
Free to change or cancel before printing starts. Once a job is on the plate it is chargeable.
You can change or cancel an order at no cost any time before it is scheduled onto a machine. We will tell you when that point is approaching if a job is time-sensitive.
Once printing has started, the job is chargeable in full, because the material is committed and the machine time is spent. For long production runs we will stop at the current batch rather than completing the whole order.
Design revisions between batches on a production run are free. There is no tooling to modify, so there is nothing to charge for.
What we will not print
Firearms and their components, anything unlawful, and anything we are not equipped to make safely.
We do not print firearms, firearm components, or parts designed to defeat safety mechanisms. We do not print anything whose manufacture or possession would be unlawful in India.
We will also decline work where the process is genuinely unsuited to the application and the consequences of failure are serious. FDM parts are anisotropic and we do not certify them. Where a part is load-bearing in a safety-critical assembly, medical, or otherwise regulated, we will say so and recommend you take it elsewhere rather than take the order.
This is not us being difficult. A printed part that fails in service is worse for you than a declined quote.
Liability
We are responsible for manufacturing to your specification, not for whether the specification is right.
We manufacture to the file and specification you provide. Responsibility for whether the design is fit for its purpose, and for the material and process being appropriate to the application, rests with you as the designer.
Where we give advice on material or design, we give it in good faith and from experience, but it does not transfer that responsibility to us. Nothing we print is certified, and printed parts should not be used in safety-critical applications without your own testing.
Our liability for any order is limited to the value of that order, which is the reprint or refund of the parts concerned.

Something here unclear?
Ask before you order rather than after. We would rather spend five minutes on a question than have you discover a term you did not expect.
