Supa Parner, Tal. Parner, Dist. Ahilyanagar

The original estate covers about 330 hectares, with a further 947 hectares notified for Supa Parner Phase II. Within that expansion, 230 hectares is reserved for an exclusive Japanese industrial park under an MoU between JETRO and MIDC. Supa is a mixed estate rather than an auto cluster, which means the recurring work here is tooling and maintenance rather than prototyping.

Getting parts to you: Walk it over, or send someone on a two-wheeler. Most Supa jobs get collected and returned by hand the same week, and there is no courier charge on anything within the estate.

MIDC Nagar and the surrounding workshops

Smaller orders than the big estates, but short decision cycles: often a single person can approve a few thousand rupees of tooling and have it on the bench that week. Technical institutes here buy class sets, where the volume discount matters more than the unit price.

Getting parts to you: Same-day or next-day courier, and we will collect a sample part if you are sending one for reverse engineering.

Ranjangaon, Tal. Shirur, Dist. Pune

Over 200 industries, including large automotive, appliance and industrial names. This is the deepest pool of repeat tooling work within reach of the lab, and also the slowest to open: expect vendor registration and a purchase-order process rather than a same-week decision.

Getting parts to you: Overnight courier, or we drive it for anything urgent. Worth batching: a weekly run costs the same as a single trip.

Along the Pune to Ahilyanagar highway

Tier-two suppliers feeding the larger plants further down the highway. Smaller and faster-moving than the big estates, and usually more willing to try a printed fixture because the alternative is waiting on a machine shop.

Getting parts to you: Directly on the route between the lab and Ranjangaon, so it costs us nothing extra to add a stop here on a delivery run.

Chakan and Talegaon, Dist. Pune

The largest concentration of vehicle manufacturing in the region. We are honest about the distance: if you need someone who can be on your line within the hour, a Chakan or Pimpri bureau will serve you better than we can. What we compete on here is the work you can send by courier.

Getting parts to you: Courier, typically next day. Chakan is far enough that we quote it as a shipped job rather than a local one, and we say so on the quote.

Satpur, Ambad and Waluj industrial areas

At this distance we are competing on capability and price rather than proximity, which means it only makes sense for parts where the material or the finish is the deciding factor. We will tell you when a bureau closer to you is the better answer.

Getting parts to you: Courier only, one to two days. Practical for anything that fits in a box; not practical for work that needs us to stand next to your machine.
