Services & Capabilities

Every process under one roof, run by manufacturing engineers

Two enclosed production cells, eight engineering filaments and full CAD support. So one supplier carries your part from sketch to courier.

  • FDM 3D Printing

Enclosed, high-speed FDM in engineering thermoplastics, the durable, cost-effective route from CAD to a part you can bolt down and load.

Both production cells are fully enclosed CoreXY machines running hardened steel nozzles, which is what makes ABS, ASA, polycarbonate and carbon-fiber composites viable rather than merely possible. Every job is sliced by hand, not dropped onto an auto-preset.

    • Build envelope up to 300 × 300 × 300 mm
    • ±0.20 mm dimensional tolerance
    • Layers from 0.08 mm for fine detail
    • Enclosed chamber for ABS, ASA and PC

  • Multi-Material & Multi-Colour

Our P1S runs a 4-spool AMS, so a single part can combine up to four colours or materials, no painting, no glue, no assembly step.

Multi-colour parts in one print: branded housings, colour-coded fixtures, two-durometer grips. The AMS also enables dissolvable and breakaway supports, which frees up internal geometry that would otherwise be impossible to clean up by hand.

    • Up to 4 filaments in a single part
    • Colour-coded and branded components
    • Breakaway supports for internal cavities
    • No post-print painting or assembly

  • Rapid Prototyping

Same-week design iterations so your team tests physical hardware on the cadence of a software sprint instead of a quarterly tooling cycle.

Send a revision on Monday and hold it on Wednesday. We keep one engineer assigned to your project across iterations, so context carries between revisions and you aren't re-explaining the assembly every time. Rush jobs turn in 24 hours.

    • 24-hour rush turnaround available
    • Dedicated engineer across revisions

  • Functional Component Manufacturing

Production-grade parts in ASA, PC and carbon-fiber nylon, components that ship inside your product, not just onto a review table.

Low-volume manufacturing without tooling amortisation. We hold documented process parameters per part number, run a first-article check and keep a retained sample, so run 40 matches run 1 twelve months later.

    • Documented, repeatable print profiles
    • First-article inspection on every batch
    • Batch runs of 1-300 parts
    • Retained samples and revision control

  • Custom 3D Modeling & Design Support

No model yet? Bring a sketch, a photo or a broken part and we'll produce manufacturing-ready CAD and print it in the same engagement.

Full design-for-additive-manufacturing service: wall thickness and draft correction, support and orientation strategy, part splitting for the build envelope, part consolidation and reverse engineering from a physical sample.

    • Napkin sketch to production CAD
    • Reverse engineering from a sample
    • DfAM review on files you already have

  • Low-Volume Production Runs

Bridge production between a prototype and a tooled part, 10 to 300 units, plated efficiently and priced with volume discounts up to 18%.

Injection tooling only pays back over thousands of units. For the run sizes below that, printing is cheaper and you can revise the design between batches at no cost. We plate parts to fill the envelope, run them back to back across both cells, and inspect to a fixed checklist.

    • Volume discounts from 5 parts, up to 18%
    • No tooling cost and no minimum commitment
    • Design revisions between batches at no charge
    • Both cells run in parallel for throughput

  • Material Selection

Eight engineering filaments, matched to your load case, service temperature and environment, with the trade-offs stated plainly.

The material decides whether the part survives. We map your requirements, UV exposure, service temperature, impact loading, chemical contact, flexibility, against what we stock, and tell you honestly when plain PLA will do the job for a third of the price.

    • ASA for UV and outdoor exposure
    • PA-CF for strength and heat resistance
    • PC for impact-critical brackets
    • TPU 95A for gaskets and grips

Material Selection

The material decides whether the part survives

Eight engineering filaments, all stocked and dialled in on both machines. Pick by load case, service temperature and environment, or tell us the requirement and we'll pick for you.

  • PLA

    Polylactic acid

    Standard

The fastest and cheapest route to a physical part. Crisp detail and near-zero warp make it the default for form-and-fit checks.

    • Lowest cost per gram
    • Excellent detail
    • No warping
    • Indoor use only

Service temperature up to 55 °C

  • PETG

    Glycol-modified polyester

    High

Tough, water-resistant and far less brittle than PLA. The sensible default when a prototype has to survive being handled and mounted.

    • Good impact strength
    • Water & chemical resistant
    • Low shrinkage
    • Semi-translucent options

Service temperature up to 75 °C

  • ABS

    Acrylonitrile butadiene styrene

    High

Classic engineering thermoplastic, heat tolerant, machinable and acetone-smoothable to a glossy finish.

    • Acetone smoothable
    • Machinable & tappable
    • Good heat resistance
    • Needs an enclosure

Service temperature up to 85 °C

How it works

Four steps from your file to a part in hand

No sales calls to get a number, no black-box lead times. You see the price before you talk to anyone.

  1. 01

    Upload & estimate

Drop your STL into the estimator. Volume and bounding box are measured in your browser and priced in rupees instantly, nothing is uploaded to price a job.

  2. 02

    Engineering review

We check wall thickness, overhangs, orientation and whether the part fits the 300 mm envelope, then confirm the final price within one business day.

  3. 03

    Print & post-process

Your job is scheduled onto the right cell, printed under a monitored chamber, then de-supported, deburred and finished by hand.

  4. 04

    Inspect & dispatch

Every part is checked against the model, photographed for your record, and dispatched by courier, typically within two to four business days.

You have the file. Get the price in 30 seconds.

Drop in an STL and the estimator measures it in your browser, no upload, no account, no sales call before you see a number.
